TENANCY: The current tenant will retain the right to enter the above-described leased real estate through the 2025 wheat production/harvesting year to maintain and treat (albeit fertilizer, herbicides, insecticides or any other pesticides tenant deems necessary) to care for and eventually harvest the growing 2025 winter wheat crop. Tenants right to the leased property only pertains to the acreage currently planted to 2025 winter wheat. Tenant will rightfully retain 100% ownership of the 2025 harvested winter wheat crop. Buyer shall receive possession of the planted wheat acres upon completion of the 2025 wheat harvest.
